How would I use a Priority Factor?

To user a Priority Factor, you'd follow these steps:

  1. Define a Priority Factor (e.g. Market Size, Effort, etc).

  2. Set the Range (e.g. £1K-£1B, 10-1).

  3. Double Click
    Market Size
    , enter a value between the range set, press the Enter key for the Opportunity you want to Prioritise
  4. The opportunity priority score is now: 0.10.

Define a Priority Factor

To define a Priority Factor:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Expand the Priority Factor view.
  3. Enter a factor in the Add Priority Factor + Enter field and press the Enter key

Update a Priority Factor

To update a Priority Factor:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Expand the Priority Factor view.
  3. Click the

    (Edit button) of the Priority Factor.
    You will see a popup dialog box with title 'Edit Priority Factor':

  4. Apply your Changes.
  5. Finally, click Update button.
    Note: The Priority Factor will be updated immediately.

Delete a Priority Factor

To delete a Priority Factor:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Expand the Priority Factor for that Opportunity.
  3. Click the

    .
    (Delete button) of the Priority Factor.
    You will see a popup dialog box with title 'Delete Priority Factor':

    Are you sure you want to delete this Priority Factor?
    Warning
    This opportunity will be permanently deleted
    Delete
    Cancel
  4. Finally, click Delete button.
    Note: The Priority Factor will be deleted immediately.
