What is the purpose of Problem Validation?

The purpose of problem validation is to identify if the problem you are attempting to solve, has a customer-base in dire need of a solution and willing to pay.

How does PrepxUs help us validate the Problem?

PrepxUs help you validate the Problem by enabling you to simplify and scale up your interactions with target/existing customers, by:

  1. Simply defining tag sets and tags as data points and data labels.
  2. Use the tags to define your Buyer Persona(s) (a.k.a. Ideal Customer Profiles).
  3. Seek out people that match that/those Persona(s) whether In-Person or Online.
  4. Loosely identify if they could be experiencing the problem.
  5. Ask them for a quick interview and present them with the booking page public link.
  6. They may answer some screening questions, then book a time slot.
  7. Interview them via our 1:1 video meeting tool.
  8. The transcripts are tagged with your defined tags.
  9. You see analytics of the customer to customer and customer persona similarities.
So, you can identify if your customers truly experiences this problem, or if you should switch to a more pressing problem determined in the analytics.
